Great beer and great service. Chris was awesome! Definitely coming back on October because of him.
Stumbled across this place while visiting Stone Hill. So glad I did too! The beers were all excellent, with a cool atmosphere, and a jovial staff. I'll definitely be back.
Wait time was terrible and been out of soup the past 3 time in the last ) months
DO NOT GO TO THE RESTAURANT LOCATION!!
The brewery and beer garden is blooming! Friday live music is great! Burgers and beer ain't a bad way to play!
We had the pumpkin ale, ipa, and the bourbon barrel stout. All were excellent!
The backyard is fantastic, especially with the sun shining and live music. Bartenders were always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!
If you are looking for a beer in Herman this is the place to go. I don’t know how many hand crafted beers they have but it was a bunch. Also the live band on the weekends and food was a bonus. Will be back.
Great place to go while in Hermann!! Good beer and food!! Always good music playing over the PA!!
We went here because we heard live music going and decided to check it out. Atmosphere and the outdoor area was nice. Had drinks and food. Everything was good over all. Should check the site to see if live music is going on. It wasn't over crowded like others places were.
great drink options!
I love these kinds of places. Old flour mill cleverly converted into a restaurant and brewery. We were in on a Monday so it was a bit slow but that's the best in my world. Got to talk to the bartender about the place more. He was super nice and made suggestions what to check out around town. Huge distillery and brewery vats. Impressive to see. Food was good. Huge outdoor area.

Tin Mill's beer is underrated in comparison with the overrated Hermann's wine. They brew the best Helles, Vienna Lager and Marzen Bier in Missouri!
We went on a Monday at noon. Not busy so we sat in the brewery. We shared a pretzel, a brat and a beer and it was $33.
While we were waiting for our food a gentleman brought a pretzel to the bartender telling her it was too hard and dry to eat. Our food shows up, and guess what, another hard dry pretzel. And the bun our brat was on was broke all the way across the bottom and we got around 1 tbsp of kraut. We mentioned the pretzel issue and they took the old one and replaced it with fresh. I'm not sure they should be charging amusement park prices just because they're in Hermann. We made the 2 hour drive because we read an article about them. We enjoyed the drive more than the food.
The atmosphere was great, service was great, just a bit disappointed with the food menu, their on line menu was nothing like what they had to offer. One of the reasons we chose to go there and was disappointed when it wasn’t available. What we ate was good but a bit pricey for what we got.
Thank you and sorry for having me. I had a great time.
First off, they don't do flights! With all the unique beers they have, that surprised me. They will let you try most anything before you buy a pint. I had the Brown ale & the wife an imperial stout / we would both order them again. The bartender wasn't Mr. Personality although it was a Sunday evening close to closing time.
