I have always loved imos and go to this one about 2-3 times a week as I work right next to it. Forgot to give me half of my order when I picked it up, called up and they delivered the rest free of charge. Great service
They gave me a house salad in place of the deluxe I paid for but with a phone call the manager apologized and made it right with a replacement credit. Very professional and no excuses. Our pizza and boneless wings were delicious.
Special “thank you” to Haley for providing fantastic customer service today and delighting her guests. Haley was happy to accommodate a final change request to our order during the busy lunch hour.

Imo's Pizza is a popular restaurant that offers a variety of delicious pizza options. While the food is generally praised, the customer service can be hit-or-miss. Some customers have reported long wait times to be greeted and difficulty getting extra toppings or condiments, with one customer describing the staff as "unpleasant" and "reluctant to oblige" their requests. However, others have had positive experiences, with one customer raving about the "amazing" XL 2-topping pizza they ordered. The restaurant also seems accommodating, as one customer noted that the staff was "more than happy" to prepare a fresh order for them even though it was close to closing time. Overall, Imo's Pizza appears to provide satisfying pizza, but the quality of the customer service can vary.
