Came in on Easter to get some lunch for my family because Taco Bell is one of the only good places open on Easter. No managers showed. There was a very sweet and helpful girl who ran out of her car and stopped me before I went through to tell me they were closed due to a management error and to call the app to refund my mobile order. Her name was Debbie she was very helpful and she stayed the whole time to tell every car that drove in that they are unfortunately closed today....read full review
Honestly I don’t know why people complain about this location. It’s the best one in the area. They FILL their food items every time I go there. I’m not gonna lie, I probably come here at least once a week and they’ve only messed up my order maybe 3x in the last 5 years lol. I went to the byrnes mill location and they’re SOOO much worse. Barely fill your stuff up, mess up orders, catch attitudes about it when you call about it… never had that issue at this location....read full review

The app would not let me order at this location because it claimed they were closed. Very inconvenient. The staff said the dining room was closed and drivethru was open. They were very friendly about it. We went to Steak N Shake instead since we could not use our rewards here.
