One of my favorite coffee and lunch spots in downtown Hillsboro. The Chicken gnocchi soup was hands down the best soup! Can't go wrong with the gyro or the buffalo chicken on pretzel bread too! Staff is super helpful with offering recommendations and always smiling. Thanks Cool Beans Cafe!
I’ve been going to Cool Beans for 3 now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I started going for their lattes and now I’m hooked on the entire menu! Everything is always fresh and the sandwich combinations never disappoint. The staff is friendly and helpful and so are the other customers! Love this

The smell of Kaldi Coffee and fresh baked goods will greet your nose at the door. With menu choices that give you that 'just the way you like it' feel, you'll enjoy this quaint little spot only a bit off the beaten path. It's definitely worth the trip.
