First time at this location (Hillsboro, MO). I used to live in St. Charles/St. Louis, MO. This one by far is the cleanest Subway ever. When I used the restroom I was clea & smelled good. I couldn't believe the cleanness & the friendliness from the workers. Definitely will go again.

This is our favorite subway ever. We always get amazing service and the sandwiches are made perfectly. Always a welcoming Friendly staff. Adam the night manager is great! Always a great experience!

I have deleted my previous 1 star review that was based on one individual employee and not the food or anything else. I am doing it due to tonight’s sandwich, service, and employees that were on the line when I picked up around 9:05pm. Placed an online order, went to pick up, they were out of bread and quickly came up with a resolution to accommodate me. Both the manager and crew member were excellent and made the order a pleasant experience.
I still come to this location often even after my 1 star review experience. I know some of the staff or used to as I order often (2-3 times a week some times). The store is always clean, orders are quick, sandwiches are fresh.

Very small store but it has friendly talkative employees. Nice place.
I walked in to order a small order for myself with nobody else in line. I was ignored for about two minutes while 3 employees were up front. Finally a blonde lady tells me it’s going to be awhile because thru just got a large order and they are timed for it. I guess online orders are more important than a 9 month pregnant female in person. Hillsboro location. Won’t be coming back.

Ordering through the app is great. Sandwiches were ready when I got there. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
Passing through on 212 to stop at this subway. We got 10 miles down the road and figured out that the roast beef sandwich that we got was rotten. When I called the store the kid that answered the phone said that there was no way the meat could be bad because when it comes in they cut it up and put it in a container. Now that's American intelligence right there. He gave me the owner's phone number and I called her she told me she was at an auction. She offered to refund the money if I wanted to turn around 25 minutes and go back to the store although they never gave me a receipt. I do not recommend visiting the store or eating anything from there

Subway in De Soto is great. Period. If you don't like what they made for you, you wouldn't like it anywhere. Try a different sandwich. And all of the employees I've run across in there are cool. Good spot to eat.
