Of all the subway franchises I have been to this is by far the best. They pay great attention to the customers. The store is always clean. It is warm and inviting. I have been in other locations where you feel like a bother to be a customer.

First time at this location (Hillsboro, MO). I used to live in St. Charles/St. Louis, MO. This one by far is the cleanest Subway ever. When I used the restroom I was clea & smelled good. I couldn't believe the cleanness & the friendliness from the workers. Definitely will go again.

I have deleted my previous 1 star review that was based on one individual employee and not the food or anything else. I am doing it due to tonight’s sandwich, service, and employees that were on the line when I picked up around 9:05pm. Placed an online order, went to pick up, they were out of bread and quickly came up with a resolution to accommodate me. Both the manager and crew member were excellent and made the order a pleasant experience.
I still come to this location often even after my 1 star review experience. I know some of the staff or used to as I order often (2-3 times a week some times). The store is always clean, orders are quick, sandwiches are fresh.
