Whoever does food prep at this Taco Bell is consistently awful, I withheld from posting a review but after five times of just plain awful food prep... It's all slapped together like they don't care, when I took my crunchwrap out of wrapper, all the ingredients spilled into my lap because it fell apart. Ingredient distribution is absolutely terrible. Please get rid of this person so I can return to this Taco Bell

Every time you go through there in the evening time they're out of everything and they can't grill anything they're just lazy how does the grill work during the day but after a certain time it doesn't work anymore

Absolutely ZERO customer service. I am a disabled person with low vision, and really struggled to use your order kiosk. Outrageous that no employee offered to help. I know they could see and hear that we were having problems. I feel discriminated against as a disabled person forced to use these kiosks with NO help. Ordered no tomatoes on kiosk yet still got them. Food cold. This place is terrible.

If you're going to quit serving breakfast take it down from your page so everybody knows. If you would open before 9 o'clock you would sell more breakfast everybody's at work at that point.

Desoto mo night mgr is CRAZY told me to get out of store after I showed him the taco that was completely smashed he said it meet tacobell standards well Corp said Def not what is expected told me never to come back or I'd be trespassing Corp said I can go back lol no ty Corp added to my app free item which I used at hillsboro def go to hillsboro avoid desoto they don't even cook the chalupa shells right $2.99 cantina taco.

The worst taco bell I have eaten, I generally avoid this taco bell location at all costs. I am pretty sure I felt my lifespan decrease from eating whatever that just was, I couldn't finish it. Tasted like freezer burned cardboard inside a shell. Nasty.
