If you're going to quit serving breakfast take it down from your page so everybody knows. If you would open before 9 o'clock you would sell more breakfast everybody's at work at that point.

Desoto mo night mgr is CRAZY told me to get out of store after I showed him the taco that was completely smashed he said it meet tacobell standards well Corp said Def not what is expected told me never to come back or I'd be trespassing Corp said I can go back lol no ty Corp added to my app free item which I used at hillsboro def go to hillsboro avoid desoto they don't even cook the chalupa shells right $2.99 cantina taco.

The worst taco bell I have eaten, I generally avoid this taco bell location at all costs. I am pretty sure I felt my lifespan decrease from eating whatever that just was, I couldn't finish it. Tasted like freezer burned cardboard inside a shell. Nasty.

Food was terrible! Soft taco tortilla was stale. Also not enough fillings. Burritos were small. Not enough fillings. All you get is a rolled up tortilla. Nasty!!!!!

I wish the employees at this location could read because every time I order a 5 layer beef burrito NO sour cream, it has sour cream on it. I tried scraping it off, but as you can see it didn’t help. I literally just threw it away. Such a waste of money and extremely frustrating. Please read each ticket thoroughly. This happens EVERY time.
The food is soggy, cold & thrown together in a way where it falls apart. The service is clearly terrible if you can't get decent food but making people drive around the store because they went into the app line when no one else is around is wild + the absolute slowest drive trough around.
This place needs to have a manger get everyone re-trained or just close this place tf down. It's gross.

Over the last handful of months, it seems this location has really gone downhill. The day shift is awesome for the most part, but the evening/night shift should probably be monitored.
I am in college, so I don’t get off work until the evening and will grab some Taco Bell afterwards. On some occasions, the taco shells are extremely stale. Lately, they have been consistently giving me my tacos without the taco holders and as a result, the paper wrapped around the tacos makes them taste horribly. This evening, the tacos came with the holders but the shells tasted and smelled absolutely terrible. Just threw them away.

Tried the Cantina chicken box it was horrible. The “crunchy” chicken taco was covered in oil, was soggy not “crunchy” at all. The soft chicken taco was at the bottom of the bag under four five layer burritos causing it to be smushed with all the toppings completely out of the tortilla. It was also so soggy to the point of the tortilla being mush. Didn’t even eat any of it. Complete trash.
