Well where do I start…. Lack of servers. Misrepresentation in the dueling piano. Never mentioned during the reservation that the pianos are no where near your seating. You get seasonal service meaning you see the servers once a year. As I sit here waiting for service…. The people that came in 1/2 later got immediate service and drinks.
The owner came by and spoke to us. He said so sorry for your experience “ I will have your bill covered “, laughable because I was still charged. I will never be going back to this place.
We ended up in Excelsior at Casa De Vita and the Huey’s Hidden Vault . Do yourself a favor and forget Walnut Creek and go for someplace where they acknowledge you as a guest and patron.

After being seated, it took about 20 minutes before being acknowledged. It took another hour to get our food. Pizza was good, but lukewarm unfortunately. Even tho we saw staff running back & forth, no one came to check on us & we finally stopped someone to find out how to get our check so we could finally leave. That person happened to be the owner & when we voiced our disappointment, all we got were excuses about how many customers there were. He did, however, offer to give us tickets to come back again after Christmas on him, but we don't want to return.

Party of 4. First time going. Walked in. Asked the lady do we seat ourselves. She said yes. Sat out side for 15 min. Waiter walked by multiple times (multiple waiters) didn’t acknowledge us once. Another party of 4 walked in and immediately got waited on. Won’t be back.

I was recently here to host my daughter’s bridal shower. Loved everything about it. Perfect setting for the bride to be’s family and friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience as this was my first time being there.

We had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days. Highly recommend! Shout out to John too ...very friendly! All staff was just as great! Wine was top notch! Enjoyed the tasting and a couple glasses!

E usually enjoy our time at the winery. Tonight we came in for a snack and a drink something quick and relaxing before heading home. We walked in and the bartender was very rude about not being able to serve us a drink. We kept on to a table with the live music and sat for quite awhile with no server. We decided to go inside and relax. Our server was great! As we waited for our snacks we noticed the bartender serving people walking in but feuded to serve us. We were not impressed with the bartender. ESP after watching g her leave the bar to go chit chat with other servers. Not impressed tonight!
