“Stopped for lunch on my drive through. Situated next to a small truckstop so a rare find. Food was excellent both in flavor and portion size. Staff was friendly and attentive. 10 out of 10 highly recommend this place. It's made my short list of on the road eats”

“I have Other Trails coffee a few times now and it is simply delicious. I am more of a Starbucks coffee girl VS a Scooters girl (if you know, you know). I like to taste the flavor of my coffee. The iced coffees I ordered from OT were boasting with coffee flavor and had just the right amount of syrup & milk! I would definitely and will definitely return!”

“Stopped in for a drink as we were attending the Fall Festival from outta town. I am a chai lover and had to try someone new. Hands down best Pumpkin Chai I’ve had in a very very long time. It was happiness in a cup served with a smile and some of the best customer service. Will be traveling back to see what else the town has to offer while I grab another drink from the Blonde Brewer!”

“Sweet surprise! I wasn’t looking for this place. I was passing through Plattsburg and drove through the square and was looking at all the small business, mom and pop shops (the square and downtown Plattsburg is for another review!) and saw this bakery.
This place is incredible. The best word I can come up with to describe it is “charming”. The owners clearly are very artistic and creativ (to see them able to express that in baking is remarkable).
The menu was impressive. Coffee, espressos, and everything that can be made with them, donuts, cupcakes, and breakfast items! I saw egg bites with spinach and smoked Gouda or chorizo and pepper jack! Lemonade from scratch, tea, and these almond croissants that I took home (also from scratch)
6 stars! I have not been in stores like this since I was a little girl. And I have never been in a bakery like this!
The man working (assume was the owner) was so friendly. The atmosphere was perfect. And the food was delicious ❤️”

“Karen did the cake and catering for our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the servings were very generous!! The cake was absolutely STUNNING!!! It was HANDS DOWN the most DELICIOUS cake I have EVER had!! We had one layer champagne cake with strawberry filling and the other layer chocolate cake with peanut butter filling. Everyone raved over the cake!! You are truly talented Karen!! Thank you!!!!”

“Honestly, there’s no place I can think of that I enjoy eating at in Kearney more than Pizza Shoppe. Excellent pizza, great lunch specials, and top notch service. The happy hour deals from 3-6PM are also the best in town with cheap beer and $3 mini pizzas among other things. A great place to grab a pizza in Kearney!”

“We've been eating here for years as we go to Richmond regularly. The last two times we've been there, the menu changed a little and the food has become so much better. Tacos Al Pastor are my favorite. A little pineapple kicks it up a notch. Hubby had carne asada tacos and they were also great. Definetely recommend.”

“We stopped in last night for dinner. I ordered the fried chicken wrap with fries. The wrap had fresh veggies but very little chicken, which was a bit disappointing. Maybe bc it was at the end of the evening? The fries….they were perfect.”

“I used to work for stables. And I am proud to say that. Manager, Linda Clark, and manager Morgan Ward are one of the best managers you’ll find. Unfortunately I quit due to me going to college. If I wasn’t going to college, you bet I would stay there. I believe that there’s not many restaurants like stables anymore. Everybody is just kind of jerks. However, a lot of the time working there put a smile on my face. I was a dishwasher. However, there were times where I could help out everybody. There were times where the servers were so packed up that they couldn’t bust their own tables. Not their fault at all. Each and every one of those servers are amazing. And it’s not a big deal to help them anyway. I won hundred percent. I’m going to continue to eat there. And you guys should too. Thank you Linda and thank you Morgan hope to see and hear from you guys soon. Love you all.”

“After a day boating at Smithville lake we are able to park our truck and boat in the huge parking lot just south of LA Fuente. The LA Fuente burrito with added sliced avocados and sliced hot peppers can't be beat.”
