Tonight my parents ordered food (8 hard tacos) with lettuce and cheese. I was present for the call. I listened to him place the order, read the order back, and confirm that he wanted and would be getting chips and salsa with his order. His order was picked up for him and when he looked, the tacos did not have his toppings and he didn't have chips and salsa. Okay, no problem.
