Absolutely NO EXCUSE to keep having the dine-in closed when literally every other place lets you in. It doesn't take anymore workers to make the exact same food whether it goes to a table or out the drive up window, and it's not like you're waiting on tables or refilling drinks so WHAT the heck!?
Good chicken sandwich but nuggets are too small.

I went to get some pot pies on a Sunday late afternoon, 4:30pm. I order & am told there’s a 22 minute wait for them, I agree to wait. I also order a spicy chicken sandwich & am told the chicken Pattie’s aren’t thawed out so they would have to use 2 chicken strips, again I agree. I pull over to wait the 22 minutes. That turned in to 34 minutes. They bring out my food & I don’t even get an apology for the long wait. This isn’t the only time this kind of problem has happened. I don’t know how they stay in business. It’s the last time I’ll ever go to this location. Shut them down!!!
We ordered two pot pies and four of the new wraps. When I picked up the order at the window noticing the pot pies were turned sideways. I turned them up flat and realized I only had two not four wraps. If that wasn’t bad enough I had to get back in line to get the other two wraps. When I got home and open the pies there was no worry about them being on their side because they were so dry the inside was like paste. I had no carrots, I counted four peas some mushy dried potatoes and very little chicken. On the other hand my wife had carrots mushy dried potatoes and less chicken than I had in mine. Oh but they did give us cookies. That made it all better, NOT. This should NEVER happen!!!
Wife stopped in and got food. Didn't get any of the sides she asked for. Tried calling to talk to the manager. No one would answer tried 11 times. So we jumped in the car and drove to KFC. The young lady said she was the manager and told us that there was nothing they could do but write are names in some book. Yeah right so they can spit on are food because we complained about them. I asked for the store number and her name she gave me some number that didn't work and not sure it was her name. Been going there for 8 years didn't have any problems until about 2 years ago. Popeye's thanks you because we will not be back.

Just went to KFC today with my girlfriend we ordered chicken tenders and waited for 10 minutes just get get told it will take 6 min and got told to wait at spot 1 so we waited there and they took an exra 15 min which we started to think they were never going to give to us so we walked up to the drive though window and asked for the manager which the manager sayed sorry and gave us a large instead of a medium but the drive though work was talked to the other working like it was her fault horrible staff good manager then we got home just to have no sauce for the chicken and tje tenders tasted like they were sitting in dirty dishwater
Stopped in on a Sunday to order a very large amount of food. The food was great and hot. Employee Jen should be recognized for exceptional service and customer care.

Ordered famous bowl with no corn through door dash. They gave an old famous bowl with so much corn in it. I’m at work so it’s not like I can just run and get another one. I can’t even get a full refund for it. I can’t eat corn. Basically this place doesn’ needs more employees or something
Just had a HORRIBLE experience at the House Springs, MO location. The GENERAL MANAGER named Caitlin (assuming that's how she spells her name) is completely incompetent for her role in 3 ways. First, she is unable to pack an order. Second, she lacks accountability. Third, she doesn't know how to treat customers. We ordered 16 Chicken Tenders Holiday Bucket with 3 Chicken Littles. It's supposed to come with 6 chocolate chip cookies, 4 large sides, and 8 biscuits. We live 20 mins away and unfortunately didn't check the bag before leaving. The bags were also sealed shut. Got home, no chicken tenders, no cookies, and no biscuits. Was given 4 gravies to go with 2 mashed potatoes. I was not even concerned about any of the other missing items but the chicken. Called up there, got an answering machine the first 4 or 5 times, which they were not busy when we were there, by the way. Someone finally answered and asked for the manager. She treated me like I was lying. No apologies, and her tone was rude. Told me I had to call the online service that I put the order through. I said why? It's clearly printed on the receipt, and the restaurant is at fault. Caitlin said she packed the bag herself, and she put them in there. I insisted they were not in there and why would we want to drive immediately back up another 20 mins for 16 pieces of chicken. She kept insisting she packed our order herself, with an attitude. I told her that if I was her, I wouldn't be proud to admit to have packed our order. She told me that she's not going to help us and we can call corporate. I dont usually do this, but this woman brought out a bad side of me. I called her an idiot. After seeing the reviews of this restaurant, there's similar complaints as ours, especially in the last month. Caitlin is going to tank business for this location. Our family patronized this location at least once a month, and that's not going to happen anymore. We paid $59.00 for our order and didn't receive half of it, including the main course of the order! I feel robbed.

Not the warmest of welcome's nor the happiest of people working. Your food is hot, most the time way over cooked an taste like oil. It used to be an amazing KFC now it's down hill.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Ordered online went in to get my food because the sign on the door said open for mobile pick up. I opened the door just to have the the lady working start throwing things and yelling about me coming in to get my food. I went through drive through to get the food to just have her go out and rip the sign off of the door when I drove around. I tried just ordering through drive thru today and no one waited on me or the line of cars behind me. there was a minimum of 5 people all dressed for work in the building when I left the drive thru. I do not recommend going to this location. If they were closed that is fine. Put up a sign to let people know and don't have staff standing around doing nothing.
Service is poor, given the wrong food, when calling the store back to get the right stuff, no one answers, the ringer on the phone is turned off so that the staff doesn't have to answer calls.
Speaker still out of service and they still haven't figured out how to work around that without having a giant line. In addition, the dining room is also closed "due to short staffing" but at least 5 employees were working with 2 of them standing at the front counter doing nothing. If you order online you will have to wait in the drive through line, they won't open the door and give you your food, because they won't make it until you pull up to the window and say you have arrived, even though that isn't how it's supposed to work.

Ordered the 16 piece bucket. Was supposed to be mixed white and dark meat. Disappointed to find out it consisted of 10 thighs and 6 legs. You were given a choice of 4 sides and 8 eight biscuits. What a joke. The biscuits were as hard as rocks and the sides received were two cold orders of French fries, one Mac & cheese, which turned out to be the best and cold slaw, which they left the lid off. I’ve ordered food from this restaurant several times in the past and by far the worse experience I’ve ever had.
