The staff at the House Springs, MO location are always so friendly. It’s so refreshing in this current culture of poor customer service. I always leave with a smile on my face because of them. The food is always fresh. I was really surprised that they have some of the best chicken in the fast food industry.
Kaitlyn was awesome. She was very helpful. I got there 15 minutes before closing and she was didn’t cut me short or say she was out of stuff so above and beyond and I think we’re very much for that and the service was excellent. She made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely go back there again.
