I'll be the first to say I love some McDonald's and I eat it quite a bit. I am not a fan of the lack of human to human sales and customer service that has been adopted by McDonald's.
They are always friendly here and if they do mess up they make everything right.

If you’re using a Buy One Get Any Sandwich you better watch what you are being charged. Many times even when I tell them I’m using the coupon I’ve been charged and I have to tell them again. If you don’t catch it you’re going to walk out paying for he sandwich you were supposed to get free. And then there is the ketchup packets. I don’t know if they have a policy of no more than 4 ketchup packets per order of small fries, but every time I asked for 5 and only get 4....
