I was extremely disappointed with my service tonight. As I was giving my order the employee was very rude while I placed my ordered and treated me like I was beneath her. At first I let it go as I was tired and had to cranky and hungry children with me. But then she did it again. At that point I just rushed through my order and didn't order all I wanted to. I then sat for close to 30 minutes waiting for my order. I had to decided to just leave but as I was pulling out of parking spot they were walking g out with our order so I pulled back into space as she rolled her eyes. I will never return to this location for I do not want to be disrespected this way.

I got really sick from eating there.. I orded my food online yesterday it took awhile to get my food even tho i only ordered a couple things but i didnt mind waiting figured my food would be FRESH ...when I got home I noticed my smasher burger seemed cold and hard so disappointing but I was starving so I ate it BIG MISTAKE started throwing up...thanks guys for making me sick!! I won't ever go back!!

Ordered a #4 with no onions. I also got no meat. I live 10 miles away. Thanks Sonic, really appreciate that. They did fix it when my wife went back and gave us a couple coupons. I don't know what 20 miles round trip in a Silverado works out to in fuel, but yeah.

honestly if i could i’d give this place 0 stars. severely unprofessional and slow. don’t apply here because it is a very hostile work environment. also bet if you seen the unprofessional jerks making your food you’d be too icked out to ever eat fast food again. linda’s pretty chill though she’s a hard worker

I want to give a shout out to the Assistant manger. She was absolutely so sweet to give us a remake on our food as we was passing through Houston on our way home (we live 3 hours away) I have one happy toddler now :) thank you so much for your amazing customer service. It is good to know there is some good people and mangers still out there !

Unable to use the app so I called. Was told they had taken app orders all day. Tried again. Technical difficulties. Turned phone off and updated app. Technical difficulties. Had my wife try on hers. Technical difficulties. Went to sonic. Showed them my app. Said it was cheaper now since it was happy hour. My app order was supposed to be 20.61. Instead I paid 23.55. And my order was wrong. My sprite zero was water. My chili cheese tots with onions were plain tots. Very disappointed.
Foods great. Screens need to be cleaned more often. Wait is fine & you can order ahead on the app. Pull in, press the button and give your order number and they'll bring it out to you. Also has a drive through lane.
