The girl behind me counter (young black girl)seemed disinterested in how I wanted my sandwich. The way she put it together was different from the other subway's.I was under the impression that there is a certain way these sandwiches are put together. She didn't bother to ask if I wanted it toasted or the meat heated up. Most other subways I'm greeted with a smile and the usual start-up questions.

Stopped here on a trip for some lunch. This location is a newer clean building. The employees were friendly and made our sandwiches to order in a timely manner. There is a nice covered patio in the front of the store where you can eat if you don't want to be inside. There is also a city park less than a half a mile to the north you could also go to.

The Subway in Licking MO, was absolutely horrible. I probably won't go again to this subway.I've never been to the one in Houston, but I have spoken to the manager. She is apparently the manager over both Houston and Licking. She is very nice. But I was quite surprised she could not help me with my issue. Blamed it all on corporate.

We have become regulars. I wish I had gotten the names of the ones that have been so helpful & pleasant. We really appreciate their service & the cleanliness of the place too.
Employees are extremely rude. She was rude verbally and just through my protein bowl and dressing in the bag. She's lucky my dressing didn't spill everywhere. If you want good service don't go to the Subway in Houston Missouri.

The subway in Houston mo we went their for lunch ask for a large drink (4.00) the had no ice told the rude unfriendly girls at counter they said give us a minute waited 12 min still no ice ask for a refund had to call someone. Still no ice or refund then they all of a sudden had ice by this this we had thrown away cup we ask for another they said to take it out of the trash or b uy another they where rude and unprofessional so no drink and no refund sandwich was on old bread

Wish they would pay closer attention. I order on the app lots. It is rarely correct. Today I got a salad. I asked for croutons and asked that the dressing be put on the side so I could put it in the fridge and eat later. I got no croutons and the dressing was not on the side. The other day I ordered a veggie de lite with extra cheese. Instead I got no cheese at all, just the bread with lettuce tomato cucumber and green pepper. The time before I got a BLT and asked for crisp bacon. Instead, got cold limp bacon. Love the owner, the workers that I know, and the food but they need to pay attention and provide the correct food.
