The coffee is amazing staff is wonderful but the only problem is the music is so loud I could barely talk to the lady who was taking my order at this time she said she was completely sorry because she messed up and got me a regular coffee instead of a decaf. This was not her fault.

The folks at 7 Brew have great attitudes and make that painful moment before I have coffee enjoyable. They really change the tone of my morning with their enthusiasm. Oh, and the coffee rocks!
The staff is like Hy-Vee lol very friendly always a smile and you can get a large with 6 shots of espresso iced or blended for under 7 dollars, never have I even looked at another Starbucks again, and they have number loyalty which comes with free drinks,

I usually never have a problem at 7brew, but I was waiting patiently in the only line that appeared to be open and so was another car behind me… a car pulled in the next lane and a guy immediately goes out to help them, but ignored the two cars in the other lane. I backed up and left because screw you and I truly won’t be going there anymore that’s HORRIBLE customer service. If someone is in the wrong line TELL them don’t ignore them.
