Come here all the time but this will definitely be the last time. Elder woman at the window seemed upset I asked her a question regarding a strawberry concrete and after taking my payment which she rushed, she proceeded to push my concrete in my hand in a very rude manner as I said that was rude and she proceeded to lose the window in my face! If you don’t want to work, the leave it for the teens! 4:30pm 11/8/25
Always have a cheerful experience here!! Looking up the local menu beforehand always helps!
Love the snow monster
While I’m a huge fan of Andy’s my experience last night was the worst I’ve had at any Andy’s location. The gentleman that took our order outside was fantastic and very polite! When we arrived at the window to pay the young lady with the purple braids was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband politely asked if he could check in and while not making eye contact rolled her eyes and said that something you have to do online. He told her he already pulled it up on the app and reached his phone out of the window so she could see it. Normally they will tell you to either verbally say the code or will ask to see your phone. She then replied it should give you a code to which he responded it did and it’s on my phone. She then very rudely said I can’t see it I don’t have my glasses, so tell me what it is. The whole time she is rolling her eyes and seems completely put out that she even has to speak to us. She then all but throws our concretes out the window and slams the window immediately. I love Andy’s and have been going for years, but if I wanted to be treated poorly I could pay a lot less money closer to home.

I was out thrifting in the middle of a September dog day so I decided to “treat” myself with an ice cool treat. The 87 concrete is fire (no pun intended) and definitely recommend it if you haven’t tried it already. Great service and great vibes from this location!
