Don’t buy the cheese burgers. I just spent $33.54 on (3 ) #4’s. Had to use steak knives to cut all 3 cheese burgers. Horrible taste, not real meat.

I arrived about 1pm, there was one other customer. It is a Thursday, and it just snowed yesterday, so it's not surprising it was slow. This location is on a hill, the parking lot was a little slick with the snowpack. Food was delicious 😋

The food was hot and fresh but we had to wait a while for it. They asked us to pull forward from the drive through to wait because the had to do a "beef change". There wasn't anyone behind us so I'm not sure why they had us pull forward. The food was good and the fries were fresh. I would eat here again.

It’s astonishing how this place is even still open. Another huge, soulless corporation that has sucked the soul out of anything that made it good before. Workers don’t care and a sloppy, cold product.
The place constantly looks like a ghost town. Meanwhile, Culver’s across from it is constantly busy. They don’t care now but they will.

Around 3:30pm got my food from this place and it was the worse experience with Arby’s ever food was cold the bbq sauce taste nasty I would say it’s expired but no date on it to prove that,the service was not too good either,after being so hungry usually we accept any food no matter what is it,except here I could not enjoy it a bit $20 went for waste .

First, I’ll say the good. For the previous times I’ve been there the food is always very good. this recent time no one could be bothered to even take my order. I know most of the food interest is very shorthanded, but this time it was kind of a blatant ignoring when I walked up to the counter the person who makes the sandwiches said to the person walking away from the counter that there was someone upfront. she did have to do something with the fryer and given instruction. I understand that, but then another employee walked right past me. Didn’t even look at me and got herself a drink and walked away. I ended up leaving after waiting for a long period of time. I wouldn’t have if someone would’ve at least acknowledged me and said something like “ I’ll be with you in just a minute”. I guess they didn’t leave my business though.
I ask for a # combo by # name . rang me up for just the sandwich and a drink.. didn’t get the combo with fries even though it took 10 min of waiting. I was told sorry for the wait . Got a sandwich and drink and it wasn’t even the right drink. I had one meal on my order… it’s mind blowing yall want $15 an hour and can’t get one meal right. Not worth working at this location. Applied for a part time shift manager position and the GM told me that they don't hire managers fresh off of the streets so why put it available? Wanted me start from the bottom up instead of the experience I had in this position. GM gave me 2 uniforms that were ranky and moldy smelling how unprofessional. Not flexible with my current job, employees would just stand around and talk and not work. Wouldn't recommend working for this location is slow and not busy.
