Amazing and friendly service, no kidding super clean, Food was fresh hot and delicious. This is the model that other stores should strive to be. I was on my way home(Blue Springs), decided I wanted something to eat, not really a big Arby's Blue Springs fan but yet here I was, the lady that took my order was exceptional, no much so that instead of grabbing a sandwich and heading rest the way home, I ended up with a large meal and 2 extra sandwiches for eat in. Just Great customer service all the way around, that's something you dont get to experience enough anymore, refreshing.

We ordered the apple pie shake, the gobbler, and an order of steak nuggets. The apple pie shake was delicious and smooth. Reminded us of cinnamon toast crunch cereal. The gobbler was ok. Didn't look much like the photo but the flavor was there. Wish it came with more crunchies on it. The nuggets costs more than $5 and the sizes were irregular and the portion seemed small. They were very tender though and had good flavor. Was a nice little thanksgiving pregame fast food meal. Will probably stick to a regular roast beef next time. Oh but they did give me coupons to come back.

Bring back the roast beef jalapeño sliders and jalapeño poppers! Was glad to see potato cakes but they're smaller and dont taste like they used to.

A regular roast beef sandwich, large curly fry, cup of cheese (barely any cheese in the cup), and a large drink.....almost 18 dollars!! Nope, never again. Tiny sandwich, drop of cheese?
My impressions were very good. Laci helped me and was very friendly and quick. The location is very close to the I-70 off ramp, and I live down the road about 2 miles away, which makes it convenient. My friend had recommended the Gyro sandwich, which l liked a lot, especially for the money. The tables and floors were all clean, which was just before lunchtime. I'm glad I stopped in to eat. 👍

I had the chicken Caesar salad wrap It was absolutely atrocious ever since they changed their menu. They don't have the regular wraps on the menu anymore They have small wraps with the different tortilla which is horrible. They have a cranberry wrap which chicken salad and romaine which is horrible and they have one with cranberry both of them are disgusting do not get the wraps that they have now.

Where to begin…well…I was given completely different food than what I actually ordered. All the tables were dirty and covered with old food, crumbs, everywhere, and a bunch of flies. There were no other customers there , but yet Arby’s employees were too busy to clean off tables? Just Wow. My food was not warm and the fries were extremely cold and barely even cooked. Terrible experience.
