Best service in town. Every time I come in they greet me with a warm smile and recognize me. The ice cream is always prepared with haste and tastes great, especially the shakes. Thank you very much for the professionalism and attention to detail.

We used to go here all the time. Have recently hit hard times and got on the baskin robins app to see the free scoop. Blissfully delighted by the surprise we head to our local baskin robins that we’ve gone to multiple days in a row even. For the same dude it has always been to get an attitude with us and refuse to just give us an our free scooe and forced us to buy a .99 cent cookie. Will never return to this local. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely amazing! The people working there are super sweet. To the reviewer who said they smelt is super wrong and that had to be racist in a way. We went up for a birthday cake and the guy offered us a free ice cream! We were greated with polite smiles and their cake is absolutely amazing. This is our go to Ice cream place and will definitely stay that way.

12/15/24 Stopped in tonight. My little girl wanted ice cream. I was greeted with " it's ice cream time!! " From the guy behind the counter. I can only laugh. He was funny and outgoing. 3 scoops in a cup and rest was history.

They clearly overcharged us on purpose. Ordered two scoops and then he started saying how an extra scoop was free and then charged me for the scoop. Don’t plan to come here again.

Workers added an extra scoop of ice cream when I only ordered 1 scoop without my permission. This place is awful when it comes to workers. Do not go ever!!!
