The best Baskin-Robbins in the area. The operators greeted each and every customer that walked in, most they remembered from previous visits. Many interacted like a mom and pop soda shop reminding me of what customer service used to be in America, And still is abroad.

I purchased two different ice cream cakes on sunday, september twenty first. One was to celebrate the chiefs game, and one was to celebrate my daughter's forty fifth birthday. They were both absolutely delicious and very pretty. We like this Baskin Robbins because it is clean. They remember what ice cream we like when we come in. Very nice people own this baskin robbins. It's also buy two scoops, get one, scoop, free every day all day. Their ice cream always tastes fresh and yummy. I highly recommend everyone to visit there. This is the baskin robbins on noland road. Go to any location, but here!!! Sounds like the employees are trying to scam people! I placed an order online for in-store pickup of a cake and candles. Today I got a call from the store saying I needed to bring an extra $5 with me to pick up my order because a discount I used took $5 off my order. I told them I didn't use a discount and that I was looking at my receipt, which showed a $0 discount. I paid $34.98. They claimed the total should have been $39.99. I explained that the cake is $29.99 and the candles are $4.99, which comes to $34.98. The employee then began arguing with me, saying he looked online and it shows the cake as $34.99 when I am looking at it on both my phone and computer right now for $29.99!! He even suggested that it was something I did to discount it! How would I get in and change their prices?!? I had another bad experience with them a couple of years ago, where I wasn't given candles that I had ordered, and when I called to let them know, the staff argued with me about it and said it was my fault, and I forgot to grab the candles... even though this was a pickup order that they are supposed to pull and have ready for me.. This location is the worst!!

Very disappointed! I believe they will find a way to over charge you on one thing or another. Not only do you pay for each scoop/s of ice cream (that is totally okay) but on top of that they will charge you for specific flavor/s.
