Always excellent quality and helpful, friendly service. I eat inside almost every week, but today I ordered online and made a mistake on my sauce choice. I called and BD’s responded immediately to correct my mistake and then delivered my order promptly.

Food was a bit overpriced for basic grade meat options for a single "build your own" bowl. Our server was wonderful and attentive though!

I have eaten here several times with no issues. But on this visit, they allowed someone to bring their DOG inside the restaurant and take the DOG to the BUFFET and GRILL also. Unfortunately, because of the lack of standards here, we will not go back.

TLDR; Ditch the middle aged sauce warden, seriously.
Having come to BD's regularly for the last 4 years or so, birthdays of friends and family alike, the food is always wonderful and a delightful bite to get. However, having staff peering over the shoulder of my family and I at the sauce bar for using a white cup instead of 3-4 of the silver ones, waiting til we were done filling said cups, and then saying that we couldn't do that despite watching others sneak beyond the middle aged woman heckling us was a truly disappointing experience. This BD's has definitely slipped on their management staff. The chefs and waitresses were a delight as always. It was just the management.
