5☆'s If Big John's son would put permanent seating for the 5 regulars in the floor to ceiling picture window, to make room for visitors, LOL. 5☆'s for aesthetic decor; under rail lighting, saloon style swing doors, wheel barrel bath sink, 2 TV's for sports fans, phone app accessibility to the jukebox so you don't have to leave your bar stool, phone outlets at every seat to charge your phone, chips & popcorn available or Square Pizza across the street. Big John's Corner Bar is one of the most asthetically pleasing of all the bars in Independence. A do-drop-in must stop!!??????????

Dipped in here for some red medicine. Very friendly people. Good drinks. Just not very many seats. Definitely would come back.
