Host was nice and we were seated right away. That was the end of the good. Caleb was our server and he greeted us quickly. We ordered an app and 2 beers, then dinner. All of our food came out at the same time. It took maybe 10 mins and arrived before our beers did. (They were sitting at the bar getting warm) Everything was over cooked. Our boneless wings were burnt. They were drowned in sauce seemingly to hide their burtness. We would have complained, but our server and manager were no where to be found. My husband had to go find Caleb to get our check. Shocker, he was hiding back by the register on his phone. After this visit we remembered why we hadnt been for a while. Sad, we used to frequent this place, but never again.

Absolutely unbelievable how long it takes to get served at this place. It is not the place that it used to be. The manager is incompetent and it should never take an hour to get Buffalo wings and the top of it off one of the people at our table didn’t order wings and their food was served with them 30 minutes before we decided to just leave and stop waiting for the food. Horrible horrible experience

The wait staff was super nice, we sat down right away. Then we waited 15 minutes to get a drink order. Then it’s been 2 hours and we still haven’t gotten our food. If torn between places to eat, you’d be better off driving an hour either direction and you’ll still eat sooner

Tonight was disappointing. The food was yummy when I finally received it. My party of 8 had to ask for literally everything twice. My brother ordered 15 boneless wings, 3 of which were the size of corn kernels. I don't know if it was the server, the kitchen, or both, but it reflects poorly on the management. They need to fix a lot before I'll return. The wings tasted good. Poor everything else.

My order wasn't ready when the app said it was, they told me to come back in an hour. Came back, they told me it would be another 75-90 minutes and that they could text me when it's ready. They never text, so after 90 minutes I called, and they said it was finally ready. My third time attempting to pick up my food, it was finally ready. Got home and they forgot all my sauces. Would not recommend.

So today January 18th Chiefs played service absolutely was pathetic me and 3 friends set for over 3 hours only we got totally ignored only got 1 refill food was over cooked all the food overpriced this place lost my service and I'm going to be contacting a manager this is horrible and embarrassing

Service was slow and mediocre. One kids meal came out so long before the rest of our food that the child was done eating before anyone else could start. Portion size on sides/appetizers have absolutely shrunk.

The lights on the outside the building are out so if you don't know exactly where this is you're going to have to GPS it in order to find it they were out of the stuff to make margaritas and in a restaurant only about half full the estimated food wait time was over an hour The food itself is fine once we got it and the waitress is very apologetic it's just kind of you know crazy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Service was completely terrible and absolutely atrocious. I under stand being busy. Waitress was avoiding our table. It took 20mins to get our order take. Tables that were sat down after us got their food before we did. It took another hour and a half to receive our food. We only got it because we talked to the manager. Once the food got to our table it was cold and looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Completely unacceptable.
