More that 20 min wait in the front door , nobody came to help ,the restaurant in emty and the lady of the front door is only talk with her boyfrend/ friend , after 30 min she take me table and very nasty table

12 pm on a Saturday afternoon. They have no fries. We had a pick up order. They did give us another item to replace but while they cooked it, our wings got cold. When we got home, we realized the order was not complete. This will be the last time I visit this location.

Arrived at the time it said my pick-up order would be ready. Was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes because they were running behind. 45 minutes later my order was ready. Staff was friendly, but for some reason no food was being prepared.

Went in and got seated immediately. Waited about 10 minutes for the waitress to get our drink and food orders.Our youngest sons food came out first, which was cold. My wife and oldest sons food came out, but my food order was never put in. Family was done eating before we saw our waitress to inquire about my food. After waiting another 15 minutes, my food came out in boxes. I requested that they remove a portion of my order as the service was horrible, which they did but did not seem fazed that our service was horrible. Definitely will not be returning, and that upsets us because we enjoy BBW food.

We waited for 10 mins to be seated on a slow Thursday afternoon and had 5 employees make eye contact with us without even saying like “someone will be with you in a second” to even acknowledge that we would be put on the list anytime soon. We’ve been here multiple times and they are always screwing up our orders and acting like they don’t care at all.

I have to gave this place a 1 star. I purchased wings from here this evening. The flavor was lemon pepper. The food made me sick(the wings wasn’t the best and tasted alright)I even paid a tip. I feel it was a waste of money.

Our first time at this restaurant. We waited 25 min in line to be seated. We had a great server. We just had a burger and fries, and they were both terrible. We watched people that had come in after us, being served. The Mgr came and told me that they cannot serve burgers, where the beef had any pink in it. The burger was served messy and tasteless. The fries....dried out. They had been sitting for too long. Skip this restaurant if you want a good burger.Our server was great....Paige, I believe. One young man was a terrific busser. He hustled, smiled and was on super speed cleaning tables. He had a unique hair style. Cute as can be and A+ personality. What an asset to BWW.

I never leave reviews but this place needs a warning sign before entering. Just save yourself the trip and drive down the road to the lees summit Location or any other location really. They take about 20-30min to take your drink order then another 20-30 min to see your server again before being able to order. Horrible service. If I could leave zero stars I would.
