My husband went to grab us the new fiery mozzarella sticks at a ridiculous $6 , but whatever we were curious and I can’t even explain to anyone how old they were some of them were so old they weren’t even the same color they had turned grey inside and outside of course the store won’t answer the phone but I want to warn anyone don’t buy that high priced stuff from this location it was not worth it but that’s the norm here I rarely get fresh food from this location we will drive all the way to lees summit to avoid the three minute drive here .. so disappointed..

John is amazing! I had my first sausage breakfast sandwich in over a decade thanks to him. I'm allergic to wheat. When my mom was in town a couple weeks ago, she offered me breakfast. John warned me that the sausage was cooked in the same oil as breaded chicken. He then cooked 2 sausage patties in the oven for me. Thanks to advancements in gluten free bread, I was able to take that sausage home and have sausage breakfast sandwiches for the first time since 2012! Thank you, John!

I ordered food with no lettuce on my burgers I was with my buddy we ordered then had to wait on an Uber driver's order that came in after us then I get my food and check the burgers they have lettuce on them first guy takes them back to the Mexican guy in the back then I hear what's wrong with them so I say I ordered them with no lettuce then he started his attitude saying I wasn't talking to you and then he said do we have a problem here I don't take that kinda of mouth from anyone so I said we are about to then he threatened me so I asked for my money back don't eat here they should not be allowed to serve people

Place sucks service is trash.you can be the only one in the drive through sit there for 12 minutes people pull behind you wait for a minute back out go inside and get the food before you.

Food not fresh, not even warm. How does food get served like this! PASS, not worth your time.
The store was empty but cars in the drive thru lane kept coming. The lady who took my order was super nice. The food was the best I've had at a BK in a good minute. The dining area needed to be attended to a bit, but overall a better experience than 90% of other BK joints. And kudos to the lady who had been up since 4:30am and was closing the store. For independence and fast food, I would go here again.
