It's 7 pm and the woman refused to take my $50 dollar bill. Told me she could not serve me the food because bill was to large. My total was $34.06. I waited in line forever for no reason...Where's the manager is my question.

Got there and they said they didn't have hamburgers anymore but they had chicken so me and my wife ordered the original chicken sandwich. It came out looking disgusting and tasting disgusting bread was cold. Chicken was cold. Three pieces of small chunks of lettuce were actually on the sandwich with what looked to be either a Logi or a small amount of Mayo. I personally will never come back to this location which is a shame because I actually do like Burger King

I pre-ordered online, got to the window with one car in front of me and waited 22 minutes to get my food, some of which was cold. $31 for a 'deal' for 4 sandwiches and 10 chicken nuggets. All the food was mediocre, the chicken sandwich buns were stale, and some of it was cold. We will never, ever EVER go to another Burger King again. They should have paid me $31 for this awful experience.

The people who waited on me were great, friendly, and professional. The food was not very good. It was not very hot, was was smashed together. Very tasteless and way way overpriced for what we got!! I won't be back for a while because the cost did not even partially make the food worth it.

We went through the drive through, service was pretty fast and friendly. Foodcwas not so great. My husband got the bacon king combo meal, it had two teeny, tiny, shriveled pieces of bacon buried under way too much sauce. I ordered the Mexican street corn whopper. It was also disappointing my burger was lukewarm, like it had been sitting for a while. We also got some pickle fries, they were ok but it seemed like they gave us the bottom of the bag because they were little tiny crumb pieces, not like fries at all and they didn't give us any ranch that was supposed to come with it. Definitely not going back.

Arrived in the driver through (11/9) at approximately 6:10 pm. No other cars were in the drive through. Was not acknowledged in any capacity. A truck pulled into the drive through lane next to us, their order was taken, and they pulled around to the drive through window. After about 10 more minutes, and multiple attempts to get someone's attention, we were told that they only had 3 people working, and 2 big orders and that they'd get to us when they'd get to us. We had to ask the people behind us to back up so we could leave, and we went else where.
As someone who works in the service industry, the customer service was appalling.
If they don't shape up, I could see this store closing, as mentioned in previous reviews, MULTIPLE people have said the same thing.

If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. I am so sick to my stomach after looking at my WATER cup. I am so glad that I did not drink it, but I am definitely contacting the health department!
