Too busy with drive thru to take a counter order Onion rings were soggy and so salty that I couldn’t eat them and threw them away. No onion taste at all! Drive thru person handled money then my food and no one had a hair covering on! Won’t be eating there again

Man I ordered 2 meals it came up to $32 / 1 that's absolutely ridiculous for fast food especially a burger King. 2 if I pay that much, I expect hot food and fresh damn fries! I threw more then 1/2 the food away, the fries was old and nasty and the burger was cold as fck.

We pulled up at 11:58 after the Chiefs game. They made us wait, the when it turned midnight they said we are closed and can't take your order and turned off the sign. They could have taken the order and the vehicle behind us, but they refused.

After an exasperating 45-minute wait at the Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru, I decided to switch to Burger King. I was greeted on the intercom by Tammy, who made the experience a complete turnaround.
Tammy was not only friendly but also helped me find the best deal for my order. Her efficiency was impressive; I was through the drive-thru in under five minutes, and everything I asked for was correct.
Her exceptional service truly made my day, and she deserves recognition for her hard work. I highly recommend this Burger King for anyone looking for quick and friendly service!

It seemed like they were short on employees because the last who took my order had to go to the first window to take my money and then move back to the second window to take orders. They did well.

I stopped for breakfast at about 4:40am Sunday 8/11/24. I ordered 2 double meat ham egg & cheese sandwiches. They gave me 2 sausage instead. Brought them back, they said they fixed my order but now I only have egg and cheese. Once again she tries to fix the order, and she gives me only single meat not the double meet I ordered. She says I'll fix it again. She gives me my sandwiches back, with previous meat hot, but the extra double meat cold. Made me late for work, and didn't get to eat them till lunch when I could nuke them. 4 times the same order kept getting messed up, I couldn't believe it. The lady kept saying it wasn't her fault since the manager scheduled people who don't know anything about breakfast to work this early morning shift. You guys need to get it together over there. Not the first time this has happened.

Returned after a year and food is still cold and people are still nice. I tried to fill out the survey on receipt just to ask how they can consistently serve cold food and it requires information not on the receipt. Smooth move BK.

Terrible service, there is a woman with a large build who is very racist. It is my second time buying and always the bad treatment on the part of this woman. She did not want to give me sauces. She wanted to charge me for each one, taking into account that I bought two combos. I will never go back. to buy there ?
