Lady at drive through named Vanessa is very rude talks about herself rather than helping her customers advised cannot use my coupon after I bought food wanted me to come back through drive through. She needs to be fired. If you buy food she should of given me enough time for my coupon. Then called later and the manager informed me we cannot just generate a code after I explained the situation. I advised but you can bring back up my receipt then she ignored that. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Taco Bell McDonald's across the street takes better care of their customers. They need to find other staff

Friday night at 8:30 the dining room was closed. Drive through speaker broke so we pulled to the window. Nobody was there. After waiting a bit we left. A wasted trip and time. We will not return. We went down the street to competition.

Went there after work last night. The short sawed off lady working drive thru needs a new job because I'm pretty sure she gave me the wrong food on purpose. If you hate your job get a new one because it shows. Stop taking it out on customers. I work at a local restaurant as a manager and I get it. But there is no way my boss would ever let me act that way to any customer and yours shouldn't either. Take a vacation, try to get the order correct just one time. Your a very unpleasant lady and I'll pray for you as I go to sleep hungry. I went through drive thur. Order more whopper meat cause it seems you run out alot

10 bucks for one original chicken sandwich just cause I added extra mayo they barley put extra and the bun Was stale couldn't even eat it so hard and they just started serving lunch how is that bun stale unless they left bag open all night next time ill go to Slim chickens for half the price and have fresher better quality food idk how anyone would choose BK at this point
