This place is unbelievable i used to love eating here but it has gone down hill big time everytime i go to get dinner the food is always chewy like its been sitting and the people working there are rude and always on their phones. Not to mention the person running it is a absolute joke.

I’ve had two complaints in the past month, when I spoke to the GM, she genuinely told me I was making it all up. The food takes way too long to come, and it comes out cold. I’ve witnessed managers ignoring the help inside, while they stay busy talking to friends outside. Even the high school cashier was asked by another employee, where the manager was at, and the cashier shrugged her shoulders. And the burger was grisly and disgusting.
This is the best burger king in independence, gets you your food fast and always polite and respectful.

The Burger King on 39th St in Independence totally sucked when it came to me getting the impossible vegan burger because it was already precooked and dried out. This Burger King did it right! They made it fresh when I ordered it!

Ice maker out in the lobby, tables needed cleaning, received order, fries lukewarm, cheese not melted on burger, just slapped on before I picked up my order. Try another fast food restaurant if you want HOT and FRESH.
