She smiled, she asked how our day was, and I listened to her be kind to her fellow employees, and friendly with the several customers after us. Service was fast, did was hot and delicious. We have eaten at Captin D's for years. The service at this location is great. My order included Hush puppies,Fries and Slaw. They were fresh tasting, warm and delicious. There was also supposed to be 2 catfish. The 2 small pieces of fish in the food container, had a horrible bland taste.It was supposed to be catfish. However did not taste anything like catfish. Feel they are not being transparent with their customers, on what's being served.

I'm am so upset that i literally waited 15 minutes for 10 piece shrimp and 4 piece fish meal with Cole slaw and hush puppies. The lady at the window said I hate to wait for him to make for fish. After waiting she comes to the car with the bag and I didn't think to check it. When I got home I had jalapeño poppers. I did not ask for this! I had no shrimp! And 2 pieces of fish and 2 chicken strips I never asked for! What a waste of my time and my money!! She could've said they didn't have anything and let me go somewhere else instead of lying to me and giving me a shitty order. I will definitely be disputing this order because this unacceptable. I tried to be understanding but this ridiculous and I want my money back!

Food definitely still served hot and enough staff on hand. I didn't like the fact that they probably are not changing grease enough, fish a little darker than normally served. I'm grateful they opened back up , it is a new staff so I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
Vegetarian options: Green beans always a hit with me
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly as long as your child knows how to be in a restaurant. ( running around, disturbing others, tired and irritable etc.... )
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes parking someone will have to get the door for you.
