Casey's is definitely a pizza place that also sells gas. The only caveat us don't be in a hurry because the pizza is never ready when they say it will. They run good deals on it though and it ages well.

This Casey’s is terrible. Took over another place just to have barely anything like a real Casey’s inside. No pizza, no donuts, barely a selection of stuff.

This particular location is a nightmare. 23rd and Lee's Summit Rd in Independence MO.Many items are out of stock.The employees were only interested in their own conversations and messing around. Not about doing any work. There were at least 4 employees I counted at the checkout but NO ONE would check us out. I just put the money on the counter and left.

Went in to pickup my pizzas and they had the nerve to tell me they don’t see my order in the system and then they said oh someone stole your pizzas ??♂️ it’s always something with them. When people order they should show proof of the purchase but not at this Casey’s. This will be my last time ordering from them

I want to speak to corporate about my visit at casey's on 23rd in Independence.The guy making pizzas had a real bad attitude and pretty much just throwing the pizza in the box. ( I have pics). I ordered 2 LG thin crust, 1 with ham and extra cheese and 1 bacon chicken ranch. The ch.ranch had 2 piles of bacon instead of being spread on the pizza. The ham and EXTRA cheese had NO HAM and don't think it had extra cheese. VERY DISSATISFIED and would like this corrected.

Why does it always take 10 plus minutes in line to get out of here can the people not run the register any slower because they don't want to be here.
Been on hold for an hour my order was wrong checked to make sure I order the correct item. I have two phone on hold lame a$$ store.

Most disorganized and lawless Casey's I've ever seen. People cutting in line left and right, people getting their orders before me even though I submitted mine first, and just the general NPC behaviors du jour. I hate this timeline.They got the second star because I did eventually get my food-- but then they lost it because there were only 6 or 7 little tiny bacon bits on the whole pizza, and they were all piled up on the edge of a single slice. Never again.
