I've been coming here since 2007... Combo Noodles almost every time and have them add curry powder to the mix. But now the owners refuse to. No reason given. They just angrily yell NO thru the speaker. And I leave the line ashamed. But at Gold Lion it is called Singapore Noodles and it's cheaper and delicious! Gold Lion also has better hours and menu selection with their own delivery people!!! They know Independence very well

Had roaches in my food and when I went in I saw mouse droppings. Rude old lady in the kitchen and the young one doesn’t listen well. Refused to service me because they gave me the wrong food and I’m allergic to shrimp and they almost unalived me. When informed they were careless and didn’t even apologize. Very argumentative.

Before ownership change: 5-stars - Hands down best Chinese food in Independence!. Current review: The prices have gone beyond standard “inflation”. The food quality has gone wayyyy down. I used to ask for extra sweet and sour sauce, which was free… NOW they want fifty cents per extra cup. They’ve gotten GREEDYYY I am now on the hunt for the next great place.

This is my favorite "Chinese" restaurant. There may be new staff changes, but I am pleased to learn it is still owned my the same amazing family. Great people and great food. As a former Okinawan, my go-to is the Combo Ramen.

Went to drive thru.. Ordered Orange Chicken, General Tsos, shrimp rolls, fried dumplings, crab Rangoon. Girl working there was fast didn't wait 10 minutes everything was ready to go and all the food was very good definitely go back.

I went through the drive-thru and spent 35.00. When I got home I ate a crab rangoon while I prepared to make our plates. When I opened the container I saw it was not what I had ordered. I called and they said to come get my order. When I got there they asked me for the 'wrong food back'. I didn't bring it. I had driven it home and opened it!. I didn't imagine they would want it back. What could they do with it? They said they would give it to the customer who ordered it. They would not give me my correct order until I again drove home and got the wrong food. Seriously. So I did and said I would like a refund. I paid with a card but they gave me cash back and even shorted me $2.00. Wow. Never again.
