Seriously the best boba I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that this place isn’t closer to my house! But the 25 minute drive is definitely worth it. The staff are really nice too.

This is our favorite boba tea spot in the KC metro!! I'm so glad it's so close to us too. The staff is incredibly friendly and it honestly only took a handful of visits before they started remembering us! their signature menu item - Chaiyo Brown Sugar Milk Tea - is an absolute must try, but all the others we've tried are good too!

Every time I go in there they make you feel welcomed. My mom and I wanted to used them for a bridal shower just this past weekend. Chaiyo was a HUGE hit WITH EVERYONE. It really made the shower have a unique twist! The owner and his team were super professional, on time, and allowed our vision to come to life. And the brown sugar boba was fantastic. Adam was great to work with for my daughter’s bridal shower. He helped us sample a variety of boba tea and coffee selections to serve as refreshments for about 20-24 guests. It was a great way to celebrate her with friends and family. He also provided several extra mystery drinks to try and provided reward punch cards to pass out to each guest. It was fun to see several who had never experienced boba try it for the first time. I would recommend trying out Chaiyo Tea House for a fun and refreshing drink! If you happen to eat at Thai Kitchen in the same shopping center, you get a 20% discount on drinks at Chaiyo by showing your receipt.
