This place is one of my favorites- the drinks are sooo good, both teas and milk teas, and the service is very friendly and fast! They have a good variety of different bobas/jellies/toppings and their flavors are just *mwah*. Prices are pretty reasonable too, and they have punch cards which is a bonus. 10/10!

I am obsessed. Any time I drive kinda nearby while they’re open, I grab a milk tea. I loooooove their hot taro milk tea. It’s phenomenal. It’s so good that I haven’t branched out at all to different flavors. However, every person I’ve taken with me here has loved their selection, so I can assure you there’s no wrong choice. No other milk tea I’ve drank has even come close the one at Chaiyo. Seriously, it’s so good.

I asked the kind gentleman about how the handle allergies for a friend and he answered perfectly. He also was great a recommendations, I got a regular sweet taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family that like milk tea, as boba is optional for people who may not like it.

Great place for milk tea with boba! Had the thai milk tea with brown sugar pearls and it was spot on. They have a punch card reward system (ten drinks gets you one free) and 20% off with a Thai Kitchen receipt! Great staff and quick. Will be back 😊

First time going and this is the best boba place I have been to so far. For the less sweet thai tea with boba and cheese foam and chaiyo milk tea boba had both as well. Boba was soft but still chewy. So good!
