Great place, service was prompt and helpful with recommendations. Sugar sweetened croissants are great, served with every meal. Food quality and presentation were well above average.

Good food at very reasonable prices but the wait time times are inexcusable. It would have been one thing if they had told us straight out that it was going to be a long wait, but instead they kept stringing us along, saying they were setting the table “right now,” then 10 minutes later saying “the group before you just paid and we’re just waiting for them to leave.” And then some time later a new excuse: “your servers shift starts in 15 minutes.” We had kids in our group that were grumpy and bored and we could have easily just gone out to the cars and got their books or games to keep them busy, but we kept thinking we were just a few minutes from being seated. In the end we waited for over an hour just to be seated.

Then we find out it was our server’s second day. She did a great job actually, but I wonder why they would give a large group such as ours to a newbie server.

Like I said, the server was great and we made sure to tip generously, but the second part of our experience was waiting a whole other hour for our food. It just made no sense why the salads came out last and so on.

Honestly at this point it seemed intentional. I don’t think we will ever dine in here again, although I would definitely give carry out a shot.

We went for a Birthday party, and our server, Jon W, was an EXCELLENT server!! He was very kind, and made sure our party was well taken care of. If we were to come back, we would LOVE for Jon W to be our server again. Encase if there’s more than 1 Jon W working there, it was a 5:00 party on Saturday, 3-1-25, party of 13.

Not my usual go to because it’s just a more expensive version of Applebees, the service is spotty and it takes forever to get your food sometimes. I’m not looking for fast food but still dang near 40 minutes is a bit much.

The wait was 15 minutes which was fine, when we were seated it took quite some time for our waiter to come. When she did come she didn’t introduce herself and she wasn’t too friendly. The whole time felt very rushed. I ordered water with lemon on the side and the lemons were so tiny you could barely get anything from them. The booth we were in smelled like pee & when we ordered a meal to-go we asked for extra sauce. We checked and there was NO sauce. After paying on the kiosk and receiving the receipt the waiter said “oh but let me just make sure it actually went through”. The food was alright overall but the service and atmosphere was awful.

Food was cooked as I requested server was a little slow but but in her defense, she was running around with a lot of customers probably should have had another server helping her out

I ordered a ribeye steak meal one of the more expensive items on the menu, I wanted it cooked medium it came out more than well done and I believe they over cooked it to hide the poor quality of the steak. The waitress never ask if she could bring any steak sauce or if the steak was done to my liking. I was very disappointed in both the food and the service.
