Went in at 8:30. Said we could not eat inside had to take it.
They are open until 9. To me that means
Serve until 9 and let people eat inside. We could have eaten in 30 minutes.
Will be awhile before we go back, if we go back. We eat here a lot.

This place is amazing, the menu is diverse yet not bloated, and the food is prepared perfectly. If you haven't tried this place you definitely should.

Makayla (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) and Aamer helped us when we came in to eat dinner. The food was hot and good. Service was excellent a s Makayla went above and beyond when when my sandwich was had mayo on it she had it remade with no hesitation.

We love chicken in waffle food and dessert. Tonight we had a slightly unfortunate experience with an employee, nothing terrible but I did fill out the survey and shared my experience. Within 15 min the Store manager Ammar called me directly to apologize and offer free desserts for the inconvenience. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. Chicken in waffle in independence truly cares about thier customers and the experience they have. Being someone who works in customer service, the care they give means alot to keep loyal customers returning.
