This is the worst chipotle. ALWAYS, always out of food. Hire nothing but a bunch of kids who are very rude. -000000 stars for me

So we need to do something about this store!! The kids working in the evening time are rude, And unprofessional the food quality is good and if I’m gonna buy a burrito full of rice, I’ll take my money elsewhere! This will mark the third time I’ve been there. And the second time I’ve called customer service with a complaint they continually fill the burritos full of rice. They don’t give the right portions for double meat. And they just throw it together, where your sour cream, And guacamole is that the very bottom at the last bite or if you’re lucky the first bite!!! I would rather take the 15 minutes and go to Another location!! I will not return to the store. It’ll take more than a Bogo promotion this time we need to get more mature people in there.. Or a proper babysitter!

Whenever I come here for lunch, the food and service are great! Evenings are the issue. Last time I went in, they were out of cheese, chicken, queso, fajita vegetables, and chips. The line was also very disorganized. The workers were all screwing around, so I was not surprised. The cashier also didn't know how to ring up the order and tried to charge me $25 for two single tacos and a kids meal. I order that ALL the time, and it's $13. I tried to explain it was incorrect, but she just wanted to argue with me, so I left.

Rude staff, very slow service. I once was stuck in the chipotlane outside for 20 minutes in a line of 8 cars--by the time I got my food it was cold. The girls at the window have no customer service skills and very rude 90% of the time. Portions are quite small and the whole bowl is hardly ever filled like other locations.

Ordered 2 drinks and 2 Carne asada burritos with guacamole. Cost $39.30
I couldn't believe the price. Never will we ever eat there again. That was a ridiculous price to pay for a fast food restaurant and we could have went to a Mexican restaurant and gotten served and the chips and salsa would have been FREE.

7 pm on a Friday and out of veggies and refused to make more. Zero stars if possible.

Chipotle Mexican Grill on 291 Highway is a fantastic addition to our area, and the staff here make each visit a pleasure. We waited a while to try it after it first opened, but now we’ve been twice in less than a month. The experience is quick, easy, and consistently clean. Both times we dined inside, the lines moved faster than at any other Chipotle we’ve visited, which is a huge plus. The staff are friendly and generous with their servings, and the portions are great. We’ve always found a clean, comfortable place to sit, and the beverage area is consistently tidy. The food is fresh, hot, and delicious every time. This location has definitely earned a spot on our regular rotation, and we will be back often.

I have ordered off the app and picked up in the chipotle line twice and both times the food is unacceptable. So cold. Terrible portions. It seems like my food had been sitting there for 30 min. There is no way they are keeping the food line up to the correct temperature. Terrible experience.
