Food was burnt and we asked for extra sauce and there was no sauce on it and the sandwiches were different we wanted the chicken sandwich and it was a small chicken patty never had these issues at the one on 23rd go there

Churches Texas chicken is better than at least 4 other fast food chicken restaurants (don't want to be sued but, you know who you are)! We have absolutely no chicken places where I live but, Everytime I need to go to Costco in Independence Missouri I get churches chicken to take home in a hot bag. Best chicken hands down.

They had good onion rings but my sandwiches the bread was hard and burnt on the edges It was like the bread was old or something. I always liked the chicken sandwiches but yesterday was very disappointing.

I got gizzards this time. They were great as usual. The service isn't so great. They are impatient and gruff. The prices are good. Always request fresh food. They do honor the guests request.

Parking: Parking is good, getting in the correct lane to turn in can be tricky.

It used to be a good chicken place. Now this is the worst one in Independence. The chickens tasted like old and refried always check your order count the chickens, the biscuit’s, ordered a large gravy and I got 3/4 full and every time I order it is always short on something I got tired of it and I quit going to this place.
