I placed an order online and picked up my food. When I got home and unsealed the bag, I found out that something I ordered and paid for wasn't in the bag. I tried calling but their voicemail was full, so I drove all the way back to the restaurant. After standing in line watching them frantically making someone's order they thought was missed, only to find out it had already been made and was in the warmer, it was my turn. When I explained that I didn't get something I paid for, the employee informed me that they don't even carry that item at that location and when I asked for my money back he said they couldn't give me my money back, and that I would have to go through the app. So I wasted my time and gas driving all the way back to get the item when they could have just told me when I picked the food up the first time that they didn't carry that and I would have to go through the app. The food that I did get was so greasy and tasted like the oil was old. It was disgusting, and I ended up throwing it away. The staff is very unfriendly with zero customer service skills. When I asked to speak to the manager, he said there wasn't one. When I asked for the corporate number, he said he didn't know it and didn't have one. Save your money, time, and aggravation and don't go to this location or find a completely different chicken restaurant.

This place is close to where I live that's my only reason for going there. My order is always wrong if I don't check before leaving I end up having to return. I don't like legs, they always tell me I can get all thighs but that's not what I get 😞

Great fresh chicken, but I waited a half hour in line and was late getting home just for a small strip meal and mash potatoes. So be aware.

Do not eat here my boyfriend and I got chicken from here on Monday; not even 30 minutes later he is throwing up. My stomach was bothering me I just assumed that it was from pms, little did I know I would be throwing up 15 hours later! This is the last time I will EVER go to any Church’s Chicken.

This location has the best customer service! I always get the same gentleman at the window. The food is always hot and the service is quick!
