They never answer their phone. Needed a refund that door dash initiated and I never got it. Doordash said it was processed and Church's was supposed to send that to me and they never did. Tried calling several times just like last time with no answer, still... just like last time. Last time when I tried to call it was because my food was never delivered. How are they supposed to take orders over the phone if they don't answer??? Their mailbox is full, so that tells you they never answer their phone. I don't understand the point of having a phone in a business if they don't answer it.

I live close to the 40 Hwy location and choose to drive out of my way to have delicious chicken with friendly customer service. This crew is excellent and humble when thanked in person. They are the real deal.

I've got really good service from this place for the last 3 or 4 years. They used to have lots of problems but it's pretty good now. One thing though, a lot of times you have to tell them again what you want when you move up to the window.. It's mostly one of their workers..

Chicken was perfect! Got some spicy too! Biscuits were sweet and warm. Fed everyone at grandma's house! Will definitely come back!
