Had it for the first time two nights ago, it will be one of my go to ice cream places from now on. I had the peanut butter cup perfection, it was sooo good. Very nice staff too. I was already having a bad night so the ice cream and nice staff were a great pick me up :-)

We had a surreal experience at cold stone in independence last time . we went in preety late for our icecream there but they had already taken their icecream out for closing as they were already closed but there was a young man there who said even though we are closed anyone who comes inside our door we will not let you go without icecream and him with 2 young ladies there took all icecream out and made all icecreams for us. i felt so bad for them so i had to write this review...

My wife and daughters love this place so we drive from lee summit to independence just for icecream sometimes . This was the first time i saw this place well staffed (no tired and dejected faces of workers) and the people working here right now are extremely humble and excited to help rather than the lady manager and people who were here last time we came in. So well done guys, Keep it up.
