Was waiting in line didgitaly at the court house so went across the street to the Common House Coffee. First time ever being there. Got a vanilla Latte hot. It was SO good. Not too hot so I could drink it straight away. Lady (didnt catch her name) was awesome and quick. Inside the coffee house there were comfy chairs and plenty of space. Price a super decent. Defiantly will be back.

Today I had the pleasure of stumbling across this delightful coffee shop, Common House KC and as a side, meet the Owner Josh. He made me a delicious Pour Over and chatted for a bit. I am a new fan of this coffee shop, and it's owner. If you want a great place to setup your laptop and work while sipping on a really really good cup of coffee, this is the spot. I loved the design, very minimalistic, earthy vibe with all the plants, and clean. I can't say enough good about this place, but it's a must! And not to mention it's in the super cute Independence Downtown Town Square. Stop in, you'll be glad you did.

You won't be disappointed. Its been amazing to find a co-work space located in downtown Independence. The area is quaint and the amenities offered far exceeds what you can find elsewhere for the price. Shout out to Noah and Josh for bringing such a well needed opportunity to Independence.

Such a beautiful little coffee shop! Wanted to be adventurous and asked what the gentleman’s favorite drink was and so glad I took his advice. The lavender oat milk latte is the way to go, so good!
