Naomi was the star today! Fantastic service even though they were packed. Omelette was wonderful and husband really enjoyed his country fried steak breakfast. Coffee could wake up Sleeping Beauty herself.

Our server Nohemi was wonderful and the food was great. The drinks stayed full. The dishes when empty disappeared quickly. She was on it. The lobby was a little dirty. The seats on the booth had food crusted on it. The bill was resonable for 4 people and it was quiet. The food came out quickly. We didn't wait for drinks or service and we were seated quickly. Which was a pleasant change compared to December.

Dietary restrictions: The ability to switch out for turkey bacon instead of the pork products is great.

The manager was yelling and very disrespectful to her waitresses. My waitress ordered my food with choreso and it wasn't on my food and when she told the cook it wasn't right the manager yelled at her about it. They cooked choreso and put it in a bowl and gave it to my husband and I to put on our food about 10 minutes after receiving our food. By the time we got to chorizo our food was cold. We attempted to eat it, but I just didn't like my food. It was terrible, so I didn't eat it. It took forever for us to get our food, and then that happened, and there. The manager was screaming at her over it and it wasn't her fault. It was just ridiculousThe way the waitress was treated when we left the waitress was basically in tears, and we told her it would be okay. Obviously, they were short handed when we arrived. It took a long time to be waited on because the waitress was trying to fix the food that the customers got behind us. The bacon wasn't cooked, right? The eggs weren't cooked correctly. Their their breakfast was just all messed up, so we were patient and waited for her to fix that. And the manager was yelling at her about that too, but it wasn't her fault. Apparently the cook can't even speak English. And the manager was his interpreter, and they were both over there. The manager was in the back trying to help him cook, but at the same time screaming at her employees constantly. It was a very unpleasant experience. And the employees do not deserve to be treated in that manner. I'm outraged outraged customer..

Darlene was our waitress at the noland road location in independence mo. she was awesome but was in tears over the manager speaking to her in this manor . But I want to complain about the manager on duty . this is a very serious matter on how your employee's are treated and talked to and customer in you restaurant hearing this is horrific. When I go out to eat and here the manager yelling and speaking to employee's in that manor this should never happen . You're company needs to be rectified immediately. And as a guest at you establishment to here this is very appalling to me and my wife .our food was not made right00 and the manager was yelling at our waitress over it . And other guest was having to hear it and they were having issues of their food as well not being prepared properly. I hope you take this issue up and urgently give this your attention. I would like to speak to a district manager over this matter .

So there's some good here. i recently came to this dennys with my wife. our server kelli was very attentive and bubbly with a great smile that never left her face. our eggs though had to be remade at least four times because they were burned and we overheard the cook arguing with her about remaking the eggs and was cussing at her so that was strike one. strike two was that we came back the following night and our server was myles....... i do not know how to say this without being rude but he stinks very badly its like his smell encases the entire restaurant which makes it seem like the restaurant itself stinks when it is in fact the server. i will only come back to eat if kelli is there to serve me and my wife. her attitude was great her smile was very open and friendly and even with the cook arguing with her that smile didnt leave her face while she served us and made sure my wifes coffee was always refilled. truly felt the care she had in serving us loved that experience but not the others!!!!!!!!

Tragic Beatzs

I hate to write scathing reviews like this but I feel in this case its justified. Let me start off by saying I did have one good experience here just recently with our server Kelly. She really did do a great job of making up for a couple of poor situations we've had at this establishment. My server Miles the 2 times before and just recently has made it hard for me to want to come here when I get off work and eat. First let me say working at a place where you serve food, you should have some type of decorum and professionalism even if it is a greasy spoon. He has no energy, got our orders wrong and smells horrible. I could move past the no energy, and even getting my order wrong but smelling like feet and ass while you're serving my food...is just a no go for me. I want to like this place but I will not be back. Maybe they'll shut it down and build an establishment where they actually care and make the workers rise to the occasion to make your experience a better one.

Food was hot when I got it and had a great taste. Emily, Dar and Gabbie were great serving me. They were constantly checking on me. Atmosphere was very nice. It wasn't real loud in the building so I was able to visit with my partner.

Love Dennys, just not this one, I went into one one time where they said I'm sorry we used powdered eggs in your omelette you have to tell us you want real eggs ahead of time, and then today same store one of the rudest ladies of all times tells me I got to sit down and wait for the order at least 20 minutes I immediately walked out and left what a joke people think they are entitled for some reason anymore, but anyway I was just avoid it like the plague there's plenty of other good Denny's out there
