at first glance it looked like it was closed. none of the lights were on and it was very dark. anyways i placed a mobile order so it could be ready when i got there but when i did they couldn’t find my order at first. then they found it and had to make it. they also didn’t have one of the donuts i ordered but gave me one similar to it. nice staff but they need to be organized

I thought the place was shut down when I pulled in, as it looks so run down. When I saw another car getting coffee in the drive through, i followed and ordered a coffee and egg bites. There was a hair in my egg bites and there was a woman yelling and cussing at 2 other employees about something she wished they had done differently.

Whoever is responsible for hiring new employees needs to improve their selection process. I ordered a sandwich, but the cheese wasn't melted at all, and there were only three small pieces of bacon. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food. I don't understand how someone can fail to make a breakfast sandwich properly. There's only one girl with black hair who knows how to do her job. She's very sweet. But everyone else? They need to find another job because they can't cook at all.

This might be my last time here, lots of other donut places in Plano, that being said…Great location and always moderately busy, it’s too bad the employees move at a snails pace (and of course they don’t care if they keep the business) do yourself a favor and only use the drive-thru, walking inside is pointless because they only focus on the drive-thru. I just stood in the store for 15 minutes at the register and was never acknowledged, I walked out, got in my car went in the drive-thru and got my food in 5 minutes ?

October 30th, 2024. Just left there this morning. No outside lights on at all, whatsoever. No signs lit up, not even the menu. 1 of the Menu panels had fallen down off the spot where it was supposed to be. The Person taking My order could care less. I told Her all this & She made up some bullshit excuse about a "Power Surge" (which is not real) & expected Me to believe Her lie. She hadn't turned on the lights because THEY DON'T WANT PEOPLE GOING THERE. Power Surge ? I'm a 28 Year UNION LINEMAN (HIGH VOLTAGE, ELECTRICAL⚡️). You're either telling Me You can't reset a breaker or the more believeable excuse, You don't want the lights on because You don't want anyone else coming to the drive through. We watched Her rolling Her eyes at the window to the next drive through customer Who was probably saying the same thing I did, that I couldn't see the menu because it was dark out still & part of the menu was gone. If You don't want to work, then don't get a job. Normally, the Customer Service is better. As I waited for My food & Coffee, the Person behind Me drove off. When I got the Worker's attention to let Her know, She rolled Her eyes at Me, AGAIN. I should have drove off right then & there & let them continue to make the order of someone Who got tired of waiting & Their SHITTY ATTITUDE & DROVE OFF. As someone Who's been to many Dunkin's all over New England where there is a Dunkin' on every Street Corner, I have to say this location is far & away the WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to.

October 26, still waiting in drive through line 37 minutes after I placed my mobile order and 21 minutes after they closed out my order. Lobby is closed. I was not able to cancel my order. Not cool. Not cool at all.
