Would give zero stars if I could. Went in the morning to get the bacon egg and cheese bagel. I asked for cream cheese on my bagel, when I got my bag I saw no cream cheese. The lady went to the manager, who I’m assuming is Cathy based on all the bad reviews, and she screams at the young lady “I PUT CREAM CHEESE ON THERE!!!”. She literally put barely a scoop of cream cheese in between the egg and bagel. The young lady gave me a small cup of cream cheese and apologized. Then Cathy screams at her again, “WE HAVE TO START CHARGING FOR THAT!!!”Literally the way she talked to her employees made my stomach turn. Nothing but sad looks on their faces. I can just tell it’s a toxic working environment. I wish I had the number for corporate because she needs to be fired. Such a hateful bitter old woman.

I ordered on the mobile app and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru no one even acknowledged me. I have been going to this location for 10 years and just recently I have been having issues. Especially with a certain employee who works there. Most of the time when I go depending on who the employees are I don't even get a friendly greeting. I never complain but this mornings actions was the last straw for me.

The Dunkin on 291 haven't had their ducks in a row since 2019. They often will not have popular items and at times for weeks. While most of the time they are great, about 1/8 times they don't have what you want.

Would love to give a 0 but i cant. As someone who worked there do NOT go here! Almost no one knows basic hygiene including the store manager, and they take smoke breaks every hour, hand washing never happens. Gloves are barely worn (and if they are it's only one hand), no one wears hairnets, donuts sit out so long and the buckets of frosting are DISGUSTING!not to mention I never got paid correctly while there. Kathy didn't even put my name in the computer right so my checks were made out to the wrong name. I've had to be paid cash out the drawer and had to wait a few days before even being paid. (that's why I quit) and after asking multiple times for it to be fixed she didn't. i submitted forms for direct deposit and that never got paid into my account so i continued getting bad checks. I just got my w2 form sent to my house with the WRONG NAME! And now she wants to ignore me after I've messaged her multiple times. That's okay though because I've notified IRS and they're going to deal with it :)

THIS PLACE INLY GETS A 1 BECAUSE I CANT GIVE IT A 0The manager Cathy is a real piece of work. She's a miserable drunk who takes it out on her young employees. Her husband has even had to apologize to my young barely adult daughter for her verbal abuse on her employees. She has horrible management skills being as handwriting checks and or giving out cash payment for payroll. And now those handwritten checks are bouncing. My daughter has worked there over 6 months and was never given an employee number. If Cathy spent half as much time at her business running them as she does happy hour pounding back drinks and then coming in to work and abusing her employees she may have know in advance she can't afford payroll!!!

Since they re-opened they seriously stink!! They sell donuts that taste day old, they barely put filling in. They aren’t even that friendly. I have given them a few chances, I won’t be going back.
We spent $30 to get doordash delivery and they sent the wrong sandwich and sent soggy, cold hashbrowns. And I'm seeing all the bad reviews this store has in most recent months so it's extremely clear that this dunkin store has ended up in the toilet. This store needs retraining and new management.

We ordered delivery with Uber Eats and all the food including the donuts were all wrong. My first time ever having Dunkin Donuts and I will NEVER go back. Now I have 4 kids throwing a fit because they didn't get what they ordered. Smh...most expensive way to learn of the overrated hype of Dunkin Donuts!!!
