Great food and great service! Xavier is always nice and attentive.

Three of us stopped in here for lunch during a weekday. We were underwhelmed with the terrible service, overwhelmed by the menus, and we ended up leaving without ordering anything at all.
El Pico is not where I would turn for “Mexican” food. Let me start with the menus. This must be like some kind of joke or nod to the menu at the diner in Schitt’s Creek. Because there are menus and more menus and tabletop menus!
The service was awful. I didn’t see anything on the menu that looked like it would make sitting through the service worth it.

El Pico is one of my husband and I's favorite restaurants! The food is always excellent and everyone is so friendly!!

Had dinner here with friends. The keto bowl was good.
Portions are large. Food is okay. Street tacos were good. Red enchilada sauce has spaghettio vibes. Yummy salsa and espinaca. Decently priced. Server wasn’t very nice but wasn’t outright rude either. Glad we tried it but not likely to return.
Excellent food, my favorite Mexican restaurant in Independence by far!
Normally, I find Mexican food to be very flavorful, but this was completely bland. It tasted like it had no seasoning at all.
