Wonderful food and excellent house margaritas. Server was Xavier and he was fantastic! Came in because our original restaurant was unexpectedly closed. This was WAY better! Very happy!

Portions are large. Food is okay. Street tacos were good. Red enchilada sauce has spaghettio vibes. Yummy salsa and espinaca. Decently priced. Server wasn’t very nice but wasn’t outright rude either. Glad we tried it but not likely to return.

So a couple of weeks ago, I got the chance to eat at this restaurant in the square of Independence, across from the courthouse.
El Pico Mexican Restaurant.

I was waiting for my appointment and had a serious craving for something REAL.

Xavier greeted me, and I sat down.
It took some time for me to figure out what I wanted to eat because everything they offered sounded so good!!
In the meantime, chips and salsa were...
