El Volcan Mexican Grill

The wife and I love this place, it's our favorite.

Went to EL Volcan Mexican Grill to enjoy a drink and chips… When the bartender decided to take my ID to the back, where it was denied even though it’s clearly real and of age… So disappointing that they didn’t take nothing into consideration… Definitely won’t be back and won’t recommend.

The taco salad chicken tasted like canned chicken. It was also cold. Not worth it, and gross

Terrible service 👎🏻 and food too 😠I went to order some tacos and they didn't even put any sauce on my order😤 and they were very expensive.

PLEASE pay CLOSE attention to the prices your being charged and what is actually on the menu!!!! The prices don’t match. We went in today and ordered a meal which was cheaper on the menu than what was charged on the receipt.When we SHOWED the waitress the menu and what we were being charged, she then went to go fix it, or so we thought. But another lady came to the table and stated that they raised their prices BUT didn’t update/change their menu. Usually with it being THEIR FAULT and to take care of their customers you would THINK they would take care of it AND MAKE IT RIGHT! But they didn’t and we got stuck paying a price for false advertising. So people please PAY CLOSE ATTENTION!! It might only be a few dollars or even a dollar BUT you should be paying what is advertised!

terrible service. owner thumbs down. servers very nice and apologetic for our experience today. first and last time there. lots of other choices in our area to spend 60.00 for lunch for 2 and not get what you pay for.

We have been eating at Volcan for over 10 years. We love it and now so do our children! Also beware, they mean it when they say spicy.

I will never be back there. I had a to go order. Service was poor,I didn't get chips so I asked about it and the man there said you have to spend 25.00 to get chips. He was rude.
