Not consistent with hours. I came by the spot twice today an hour after they were supposed to open. I guess they just wont open today. I was trying to support a black business

First time customer…amazing!

Our office ordered from here for lunch. I had the vegan potato and I truly can’t say enough good things about it. I wish I would have taken a picture but I didn’t. Everyone in the office said we would like to go back (even though it’s 28 minutes away).

It’s a must try for sure! Staff is very helpful too! Assisted us with food allergy needs. Very knowledgeable.

Food is amazing and very consistent. My go to spot whenever I’m in the area for sure, plus I always support my Mississippians wherever I go.

When you first pull up, you’ll be thinking, “Wait… where’s the restaurant?” Then you spot this little trailer off to the right and that’s where the magic happens. From the moment you walk up, the service is top-notch friendly, welcoming, and full of that Southern charm.

Then the food hits your hands… and man, it’s like being back home in New Orleans or Mississippi all over again.

I grabbed the loaded fries topped with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and herbs, and a plate of crispy wings coated in lemon pepper ranch seasoning with crinkle-cut fries on the side every bite packed with flavor!

Keep up the amazing work. 🙌 I’ll definitely be back!

I was on the way home to Charlotte, NC from Omaha, Nebraska and wanted some really good wings! I found this to be the best selection, and O did not disappoint it all. From the great customer service, to the authentic conversation about life, and the wings, fries, and sauce was crazy flavorful delicious. This guy didn’t miss it all, when I don come back through Missouri this is my spot. I really appreciate everything. You know it’s good when the wings don’t need ranch.

I enjoyed the food truck today at the Independence Ice Center! They hooked me up with loaded fries and an extra hot dog with my order. Was delicious! Very kind people running the food truck! I wish them the best in their business endeavors!

Tried them on a chance a month ago, look for their trailer every chance I get now. They are incredibly helpful with questions and recommendations for their extensive menu. Portion sizes are fantastic!!
