Son and I love this place! There is no better Customer Service than this place! Rudy is the friendliest and most helpful gentleman you'll ever meet. We met Talia yesterday and her Service and smile was very welcoming. 😊 My son works nights and he loves the sandwiches, especially the new B.E.C. I jump on the hash with a couple over easy. Our server was Kimberly. One of my grandchildren has Celiac and another is gluten intolerant and Kimberly was awesome at helping them feel comfortable with the fact that they were taking their need for gluten free seriously. They loved the gf options and really appreciated the flexibility that the restaurant had in giving them as many options as possible. The food was great and Kimberly's attitude and friendless helped to make this an experience with my grandchildren that we all will remember for many years to come. Thank you all for that experience.
We arrived 20 minutes before closing, and anticipated feeling rushed, and possibly getting half ass food. On the contrary, we received excellent and friendly service, and top quality fresh food!! It was the best I’ve ever had from any First Watch location in Kansas and Missouri!! I’m very impressed all the way around the board from our experience today! Great job everyone on the floor and in the kitchen!! 🤘😃❤️🙏
