GOCHEW Burger & Sandwich

Go Chew is legit! The smash burger was perfectly crispy and juicy, the loaded fries were next level, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Bonus points, the owner is super nice and clearly cares about the food. Can’t wait to come back!

Best food truck burger and fries I've ever had, and very possibly the best food truck food I've ever had. Great proper double smash burger, a good portion of amazing house-dressing fries (which were actually crispy!!), and at a surprisingly good price. I love the Korean flair in the flavors. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on their event schedule so I can grab another meal!

The sauces are to die for, absolutely delicious all around. The smash burgers, the fries, absolutely phenomenal. I can’t wait to go back!

The owner is great and the food was good, but I felt it was too expensive for the quality. If I'm going to pay 13.50 for a burger and fries I'll go to Culver's or some other high end fast food place. It's cheaper faster and no tip needed. I write this hoping they lower prices a bit, because I really want to go back.
Edited: Now that I have visited a second time I would like to make an edit to my review. Not only did I get a great meal, but also was able to learn more about the culture and gained a better appreciation for a small businesses!

Sippin' on my Banana Milk... Munchin' on this GoChew burger... JUST JOY! It's a good day in KC when your truck pulls up because I know it's going to be a good vibe, a great crew, and I'm going to walk away with a happy belly.

This place is amazing!!!!! I had the smothered fries and a cheeseburger last night and the flavors were amazing…. Possibly the best burger I have ever had, and i’m craving more already!

Just stopped by got a burger and fries 🍟🔥 the sauce was so freaking delicious 🤤 the customer service was absolutely perfect overall this is a great food truck id say definitely give them a try also the banana milk is great
