Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Daniel was my service provider. He greeted me with a smile and made sure his area was well attended. From the time I entered the door I felt welcomed.

We stopped in for lunch today and let the cashier know about my 7yr old nephew’s special needs and his limited diet. He is autistic and will not eat from a buffet, so we always bring an applesauce pouch in case he decides to eat. We made sure to mention this upfront, as we always do at other restaurants.

The cashier said we would still need to pay the child buffet price but would check with the manager. The manager then came over, spoke only to the cashier, and decided we would be charged the full price even though my nephew wouldn’t be eating. While I can respect that every business has its own policies, what was disappointing was that the manager never spoke to us directly, didn’t acknowledge us, and made the decision while standing right in front of us.

A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way. The lack of communication and courtesy, especially regarding a child with special needs, was the most upsetting part of our visit.

This is just an average experience with pricier prices! Also FYI on Sunday’s there is only breakfast and dinner pricing and if you come during the time switch you pay dinner prices for breakfast and half the dinner options, so keep in mind. I have been twice and can say it’s a pretty average eatery.

There was hair on my food, every food station was playing loud music and all the tables and booths were super close together and tight. The only good thing was our waitress, she was super nice and attentive.

A great place to take the family for Thanksgiving. Great food, with no cooking or cleaning.

Food was not that great and cost for 3 one adult and teen and child was like 60 dollars and two of us had water

We ordered three days before delivery. On delivery day about 30 minutes before delivery time, they canceled our order. The order for my families Thanksgiving dinner, we had set up the day after Thanksgiving.. Wow 30 minutes before my family is going to eat. We always liked Golden Corral, not to much now.

We had a family reunion here and had a big group come in. My father had been diagnosed with brain cancer and we had a family reunion here. We had a couple who were not eating and they refused to let us in. I was in town for military and they would not let us in. Very unprofessional management and staff..

Family wanted to eat at Golden Corral but I wasn’t hungry so I went along to sit with them while they dined. Cashier informed me that I wasn’t allowed in if I was not eating. Would not let me go in to sit with family on Thanksgiving. Not only did I leave but so did some of the group. Ridiculous policy and I’ll never go back!

Ah yes, Golden Corral. On Thanksgiving, this is essentially America's feeding trough. Hundreds of folks pour through the doors and stack their plates a mile high with several types of food. It's ok food at best, nothing amazing.

The Golden Corral offered a free meal to every veteran, with no strings. It was an incredible honor to be present for approximately 500 former military personnel that gathered to share that meal together at the Golden Corral. It's a smorgasbord of choices. The food was excellent. I especially loved the turkey, it was cooked perfectly.

I want to highlight the excellent service I received at this location. Our waiter was very polite, friendly, and helpful. The food was very good, and the place was clean and pleasant.
