The food was great, and we were seated quickly in an area that worked well for use since we have a child with disabilities in the family. This golden coral was ok but it was difficult to get around in my wheelchair because the tables were to close together and couldn't hardly get up there to get any food because it was not very handicap excessable. It's sad I paid over 30$ and didn't get full because of not being able to get to the buffet.Wheelchair accessibility: It was not very well and the uneven parking lot about made me fall out of my wheelchair.

Absolutely terrible, it was 62$ for 3 adults and a toddler and the food was absolutely disgusting and old and dry and looked like dog vomit then we tried to get a refund and the manager came out and could barely speak English and wouldn’t get us a refund. Absolutely trash!! Never again and I will be calling corporate.

Found hair in my food talked to Brenda my waitress about the situation and the manager no care from either. The manager was very disrespectful from what I could understand from him. I would recommend the Northland buffet over this one

Took friend to repay favor as he liked GC. Left before eating. Restaurant very apparently understaffed....fault of management & was not a holiday. Out of control children everywhere. Parents oblivious. Will not be returning as no need to accept such poor management of an atmosphere of indoor playground, unable of staffing.

I usually don't give reviews this poorly but this time it's earned it. First when I walked in the line to the front cause confusion and another family butted ahead of me and had me wait almost 5 minutes for a drink. Then when I made it to the spot to pay the lady up front had a horrid attitude and mumbled what she was saying having me have to ask her to repeat herself. Third was the plates and silverware I found a crusted on thing on the spoon and the glasses didn't look to good. My plates were clean ish. I ended up having to go on a scavenger hunt for a table. I was sat almost 30 minutes 20 of that with a empty glass as I watched a lady walk around me past me do vacuuming and everything else not that she didn't glance but not a single offer for a refill. The food was subpar the steak asked for medium rare damn near got well and the flavor was just burnt. I had eaten some Mac n cheese that had something hard in it... I found a hair and that was honestly the last straw for me I wasted 20 bucks for this go anywhere else if you want dinner til they figure stuff out. The only redeeming factor was a single person named Leo who was the only person to approach me and offered a refill. I hope there is better training in the future do better be better. If yall want me to change this review make it right I'll be back in 2 months for a final shot. UPDATE PLEASE READ - So they asked me to email them in regards to my visit. I did so thinking i might be able to help out in some way or provide some feed back about visit in general. No response from them at all they dont care they just wanna make it seem like they are gonna try to fix it.UPDATE 2 PLEASE READ spoke with a gm was dismissive claiming they were doing things they weren't and had to repeat myself on more then one occasion couldn't get my name right and called me 2 separate names before I had to spell it out. Got a name of a individual to contact but no number. Manuel Gonzales if you read these reach out to me I cannot trust your staff to handle my issues anymore as they have proven incompetent and argumentative about it. Even if this gets resolved I will see to it I or any of my friends or family never eat here again.
